One of our customer service agents shared the following pictures with us, depicting the aftereffects of this single action and the devastation it can cause.

What can cause this level of devastation, you may ask?
Overfilling the Ooh La Lamp with Aroma Crystals that cover the top of the mesh cage. One simple act caused the destruction you've witnessed here.
So, Be a Champ and Save the Lamp by following these simple instructions:
- Place your new Ooh La Lamp on a level surface
- Press mesh inner cover in the center of your Ooh La Lamp
- Pour Aroma Crystals AROUND the mesh and inside the glass vessel. DO NOT OVERFILL or cover the top of the mesh cage.
- Plug cord into an appropriate electrical outlet.
- Turn your Ooh La Lamp on. You'll smell the fragrance within five minutes of turning on the lamp and will continue to intensify.
Recommendations:
- Use 2-8 hours per day
- Never leave unattended
- Turn off when not in use
